Professional development specialists will find a wealth of material focused specifically on benchmarks- or standards-based teaching and learning for their in-service programs; school districts, individual schools, or even small groups of teachers can produce complete Project 2061 workshops inexpensively and easily; teachers can use the background readings, presentations, handouts, and activities as the basis for self-guided study of Project 2061 and its products.
