Overview: This presentation describes the components of Project
2061’s latest tool for professional development and how it can be used
to increase teachers’ knowledge of important ideas in science, mathematics,
and technology, and of cognitive research related to the development of
student understanding of these ideas. It is appropriate for participants
from colleges and universities and for all involved in planning professional
development programs.
