At an invited lecture in May, Project 2061 Director Jo Ellen Roseman brought Project 2061's vision of science literacy to the Smithsonian Center for Education and Museum Studies and the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Read more.

Chemistry teacher Chris Kennedy of Hiram, GA, is the 2007 winner of a new AAAS prize that recognizes a high school science teacher. Read more.
